Bonus Terms Overview

These bonus terms govern all promotional offers provided by Polestar. They apply to all bonus-related activities unless a separate agreement states otherwise.

General Provisions

• Single account policy: Each participant may hold a single Polestar account. Duplicates may be merged or closed, and bonuses canceled if multiple accounts are detected.
• Promotions per household: Promotions are available only once per IP address, email address, phone number or payment method.
• Claiming bonuses: Some promotions are automatically credited; others must be claimed via the Promotions page.
• Balance usage on bets: Bets are funded first from the Cash balance; if the Cash balance is exhausted, deductions are made from the Bonus balance.
• Withdrawal limitations: Withdrawals relate to bonuses and any winnings derived from them; deposits are governed by standard withdrawal terms and are not subject to bonus-specific conditions.
• Wagering requirements: Bonuses may be withdrawn only after wagering 50 times the bonus amount, with winnings earned from bonuses and free spins included in the calculation. The Welcome Bonus carries a wagering requirement of 90 times the bonus amount.
• Game contribution: Bets on table games, video poker and Keno generally do not contribute toward bonus wagering.
• Withdrawal requests: Requesting a withdrawal may forfeit any remaining Bonus Money in the account.
• Promotional communications: Details of bonuses and offers are sent to the registered email address; users should maintain current contact settings to receive notices.
• Eligibility and availability: It is the player's responsibility to confirm that a bonus is available and that they meet all eligibility criteria before participating.
• Program changes: Polestar reserves the right to modify the bonus program structure at any time.
• Promotional rights: Polestar may amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion for any customer or group, particularly in cases of suspected misuse.
• Identity verification: Polestar may require documentation to verify identity prior to crediting any bonus, free bet or promotional offer.

Deposit Bonuses

A minimum deposit of €15 is required to qualify for a deposit bonus.

Welcome Bonus

Upon the first deposit, eligible players may receive a 125% match bonus up to €750 plus 100 free spins. Any existing Bonus Money balance will be reset and wagering progress recalculated when selecting the Welcome Bonus. Winnings derived from the Welcome Bonus and accompanying free spins are subject to the standard wagering requirements described above.

Free Spins Terms

• Validity: Free spins are valid for a limited period as announced at grant.
• Eligible games: The specific games and paylines for free spins are determined by Polestar.
• Winnings: Winnings from free spins are credited to the Bonus Money balance and may be withdrawn only after meeting applicable wagering requirements.

Bonus Wheel

The Bonus Wheel is available to players who have achieved a qualifying account status (Bronze and above). It may be spun once per week to win a bonus on the next deposit. The prize won on the Bonus Wheel becomes claimable on the My Account page for 10 days; unclaimed prizes expire and further spins are not allowed during that period.

Cashback Promotions

• Eligibility: Cashback is based on the player's Polestar VIP tier and is available only where the total Bonus Money received does not exceed 20% of accumulated losses minus winnings.
• Cap by VIP tier: Bronze, Chromium or Silver up to €25; Gold or Platinum up to €50; Diamond up to €75; Red Diamond up to €100.
• Credit: Cashback is credited to the Bonus Money balance.
• Frequency: A maximum of one cashback claim per 24 hours and no more than four cashback claims in a calendar month.

Withdrawals and Forfeiture

Withdrawing funds may require meeting the applicable wagering requirements. If you initiate a withdrawal, any remaining Bonus Money in your account may be forfeited in accordance with these terms.

Identity, Age and Compliance

• Age: You must be 18 years or older to participate in Polestar's services and related bonuses; identity verification may be required prior to using bonuses or withdrawing winnings.
• Verification: Polestar may request documents to verify identity and age; until verification is complete, access to the account or withdrawal of winnings may be blocked.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Curacao. Polestar may amend these terms at any time; changes become effective immediately unless otherwise stated. If you object to a material change, you may cease using the services or close your account; continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Miscellaneous

These terms are intended to be read as a whole. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
